| No, there are no Avatars here. I've not decided if they are worth the trouble... either I have a database of avatars that I select and approve - and have to listen to complaints about not being able to find "the right one"; or I have the security and legal issues that come with letting people upload/link their own.
I've been looking into Gravatars as an alternative, but I haven't had a chance to really put anything together. It would solve some of the problems, but still leave the security bit since I'm now ceding control of some aspect of the site to a 3rd party... |
